My kids wished there were more clean towels ready at the pool, as we had to wait a while. Additionally, during breakfast, certain items were missing, which made for an inconvenient start to our day.

There were definitely some cleanliness issues that stood out. The carpets in the common areas and rooms showed visible signs of wear and needed serious attention, with stains large enough that we had to cover one with a towel. Dust seemed to gather in the less-visited corners—definitely not a good sign. The toilet in my room had poor water pressure which, while it worked, wasn't ideal. I also noticed the noise levels were a bit high, possibly due to inadequate sound insulation—conversations in the hall were easily heard even at quiet volumes. All these things made for a less-than-ideal stay despite the positives.

kids, and we really enjoyed the spacious room. However, the cleanliness of the common areas was not up to par, and we encountered some noise disturbances during the night.

I loved that Amy Bell Lake is just a short stroll away, providing a peaceful escape, and the charm of Old Falls Village Park is perfect for any leisurely weekend walk with lovely views, making it easy to explore nature without straying too far from my hotel.

This place was a great fit for a short stint in Germantown with outstanding value. I was disappointed to find there was no closet in the room during my stay. Avoid room 238 if you can. it’s definitely not worth it.
